Nottingham Forest goalkeeper Dean Henderson says they can be happy with their point from Brighton.
Forest held the Seagulls to a 0-0 draw on Tuesday night.
Henderson said: "Every point is valuable, so is a clean sheet and tonight the boys were warriors.
"Every man ran their socks off. I'm so proud of them all.
"We've conceded a lot of goals so far this season so the manager said we need to stop that and build on that foundation. In the last couple of games I haven't been that busy but I was tonight."
On whether this will help build their confidence, he added: "I think for sure it will and we're a better unit now. We're working hard, so hopefully we can keep it going and the goals will come at the other end."
