Nottingham Forest boss Cooper: We're as frustrated as any fan

Nottingham Forest boss Steve Cooper says he was as frustrated as any fan after their 2-2 draw with Luton.

Forest blew a 2-0 lead as Luton stormed back late on.

"I was frustrated as well," Cooper later said. “Everyone was frustrated, there was nobody in the dressing room who was happy about how that game ended.

"Everyone walking out of the stadium - including players and staff - will be frustrated and annoyed. We win, lose and draw together, including with the supporters.

"We've talked about the support for a couple of years now. I'm as frustrated and disappointed as anyone.

“Everyone is frustrated, myself included and all the way through. Everyone. The game plan was great, the players carried it out brilliantly. If it had finished 2-0, I think we would have been talking about how well we had played.

“It is a real pity that the game ended how it has, but we blame nobody but ourselves in how we conceded the goals. That is clear, because of the mistakes we made. We have to accept it."
