Norwich City have agreed a £2.5million fee with Everton for striker James Vaughan. The 22 year old spent last season on loan in the Championship with Crystal Palace, where he scored nine goals as he helped them avoid relegation.
The newly promoted Premier League team have now agreed terms with rivals Everton.
