Cardiff City winger Peter Whittingham is wanted by Premier League new-boys Norwich City.
The People says the Canaries are set to add to Cardiff City's woes by making a £1million swoop for midfielder Whittingham.
The Welsh side were beaten to promotion by Paul Lambert's men and the Canaries now want Whittingham, 26, to join them in the top-flight.
The winger has previous Premier League experience with Aston Villa.
