Norwich City midfielder Bradley Johnson admits he's had to battle hard to fight his way to the Premier League.
Johnson earned himself a contract at Cambridge and was poached by Northampton when the east Anglian side were relegated.
He was in and out of the Northampton side, even out on loan, until the arrival of Stuart Gray as manager: "Under Stuart I didn't look back. I played virtually every game, likewise under Simon Grayson when Leeds took me there.
"I've been very lucky to work with some superb coaches who saw a lot in me when other people didn't.
Paul Lambert at Norwich is one of those guys.
"He reminds you that you can't achieve anything without hard work and good team spirit. I know that under him the club will be successful."
