Norwich City are ready to offload striker Cameron Jerome this summer, according to reports from The Mirror.

City are set to go through a mass overhaul of the squad this summer and the Canaries are believed to be ready to offload the club's top earners in order to bring down the wage budget at Carrow Road.

According to reports, one of the players who will be made available this summer is star striker Cameron Jerome.

The 29-year-old is currently attracting the interest from the likes of Middlesbrough and Sunderland.
