Norwich City boss Alex Neil has hailed the form of Wes Hoolahan.
Hoolahan currently has five Premier League assists to his credit - more than any other player in the top five leagues in Europe.
Neil said: "We have set the team up to bring the best out of Wes and at the moment he is doing really well.
"He has a specialised role in the side and the team is set up to exploit his talent to the maximum.
"His job is basically to go out and cause the opposition as many problems as he can.
"We give him the freedom to just go out and play and he is probably having the biggest impact he has ever had.
"He has complete freedom to express himself and give us that attacking edge and he is doing that job superbly at present."
