Cardiff City have confirmed the departure of midfielder Jo Inge Berget.
The 24-year old Norwegian has left the Bluebirds less than 12 months after arriving at the Cardiff City Stadium from Molde.
Berget and Cardiff have agreed to terminate his contract by mutual consent after he made just two appearances for the Welsh club.
"We would like to thank Jo for his contribution and wish him the very best for his future," read a club statement.
Berget, who spent time on loan with Celtic earlier this season, came to Cardiff in January last year to reunite with former Molde boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer but failed to make an impact with the Bluebirds.
