Manchester United youngster Noam Emeran says his goal against Leeds United was the first of many.
The 20-year-old scored from a great cross by teammate Iska Hansen-Aaroen for Erik ten Hag's team.
United beat Leeds 2-0 on Tuesday, which marked their first preseason friendly of the new campaign.
"It's always a proud moment for me to wear the shirt and play for this club in a big stadium like this," Emeran told MUTV after the game.
"Of course I'm happy and proud that I scored a goal, for my family as well. I just have to keep going, the first of many.
"It was important for the team and for the coach as it was our first game of the year so we wanted to play good, respect the tactics and the rules of the coach.
"Yeah, of course, it was a good goal for him [Hugill]. I'm happy for him to score. We represent the academy so it's nice."
