Portsmouth boss Tony Adams insists no offer has arrived from Tottenham for striker Jermain Defoe.

"There have been no offers for Jermain Defoe - not one," said Adams. "I am determined to hold on to him and I'm determined to hold on to all of my players.

"I don't know anything about massive offers. You will have to talk to Harry about that. We may get one, but for the moment, we haven't had one offer."
