West Ham United are closing in on a deal for Nice fullback Timothy Kolodziejczak.
L'Equipe says Nice have accepted a bid from West Ham for the defender.
The Hammers will pay an initial fee of €3 million rising to €5 million based on appearances and success.
Kolodziejczak is now due to open talks over personal terms with West Ham this week.
