Newcastle United striker Adam Armstrong struck for England U17 in victory over Turkey in the FA International Tournament.
Armstrong, 16, was called up to Newcastle's first team squad for the midweek Capital One Cup tie at Morecambe, calling it a 'dream come true' despite not getting on the pitch during the second round win.
England's star performer on the night, Armstrong was the matchwinner against Turkey last night.
Armstrong said: "The lads have done really well. We kept the ball well first half, the second half was a bit messy but we've got the result. I'm really delighted to get on the scoresheet, I just have to keep those goals coming."
