Newcastle United striker Ayoze Perez hopes for more success at Capital One Cup opponents Tottenham.

The Spanish striker bagged his first-ever goal in English football at Tottenham two months ago, a win which sparked Newcastle's dramatic revival.

Perez admits he can't wait to have another crack at Spurs in tomorrow night's Capital One Cup quarter-final.

"Everything started there," said the former Tenerife forward. "I scored my first goal for Newcastle and we won the game. Now we are going there looking for a repeat."
