Newcastle United striker Leon Best wants to be a Toon legend.
Best is determined to be hero-worshipped in the way illustrious predecessors like Jackie Milburn, Malcolm Macdonald and Alan Shearer once were.
And with three goals to his name already this term, the Republic of Ireland star said: "When my career is over, I'd like my name to be remembered for the goals that I scored for Newcastle.
"People always think of George Best when they hear my name, but I like the sound of 'Geordie Best'.
"A few fans still um and ah when they hear my name called out.
"But I think this is the season for me to finalise things and prove to everyone that I am a Premier League striker."
