Newcastle United defender Davide Santon has dismissed claims he is on the verge of joining AC Milan.
The former Inter Milan left-back was listed as one young Italian player that Rossoneri president Silvio Berlusconi would like to see join the club but he insists he is happy in England.
"I have had a year and a half here. I really enjoy it. I am happy at the club," he told the Newcastle Evening Chronicle.
"This is really important for a young player. We are a young team here and we are growing together. That will only make us stronger in the long-term."
