Newcastle United defender Sebastien Bassong said he would love to move to Arsenal in summer if the opportunity arose.

Bassong has enjoyed a great season personally with the Magpies although the team has struggled and it has been reported that Gunners boss Arsene Wenger has been watching the 22-year old Frenchman who admits he would fancy the move.

"My agent told me about Arsenal's interest and it would be a lie if I said they are not a club I'm interested in," he said.
