Newcastle United boss Alan Pardew expects to lose fullback Jose Enrique in the summer.
Pardew is desperate to hang on to £15million-rated Enrique, a Liverpool target.
But with the in-demand defender stalling on contract talks, Newcastle are set to listen to offers.
AC Milan are also tracking the former Villarreal full-back, who arrived at St James' Park in a £6m move in 2007.
The manager said: "We hope Jose stays but we're finding it difficult to get him to the table.
"You can't keep a player who is demotivated, and Newcastle fans demand players who want to perform for their club."
