Newcastle United are weighing up re-signing Chelsea striker Loic Remy.
The Evening Chronicle says the Frenchman enjoyed a successful loan spell at Newcastle United back in the 2013/14 season, becoming a fans' favourite on Tyneside with 14 goals in 26 games.
And now the Magpies are considering a move to re-sign the 30-year-old, who has spent the past four seasons in English football with Queens Park Rangers and Chelsea, together with loan spells at Newcastle and Palace.
Remy was on loan with the Eagles last season, but failed to score a single goal as he made just eight appearances in an injury-plagued campaign.
