Newcastle United have offered new terms to fullback Paul Dummett.
The Evening Chronicle says Newcastle are set to learn later this week if rookie defenders James Tavernier and Dummett accept the new deals offered to them.
Manager Alan Pardew is keen to give them their chance to impress in pre-season.
