Newcastle United legend Tino Asprilla says manager Alan Pardew must buy a new striker.

United do have number 9 Papiss Cisse to return from a knee injury next month.

But Tino told the Evening Chronicle: "They still need an out and out striker.

"Somebody like Loic Remy who can guarantee them 15-20 goals in a season.

"If they can pull in a striker I think the fans are in for a good year this time."
