Newcastle United have secured the services of Inter Milan defender Davide Santon according to Sky Sports.
The 20-year old Italian full-back has signed a five-year contract with the Magpies after arriving in the North of England earlier today.
Santon has been brought in as a replacement for Jose Enrique, who left St James' Park for Liverpool earlier in the summer, and will look to reignite his career after being loaned out to Cesena last season.
