His cameo at Manchester United in the Capital One Cup resulted in a perfect cross for Papiss Cisse to nod home and end his recent drought.

And on Saturday Fergie was at it again to tee up Premier League top scorer Demba Ba and save a point.

Man of the moment Fergie told the Evening Chronicle: "When you have players like Demba and Papiss (Cisse) in front of you it makes life a lot easier for you. It helps us a lot.

"If I keep getting my chance it will be great but I have to take it when it comes. I will just be going out there to show what I can do."
