Newcastle United face a battle to convince Lorient striker Kevin Gameiro to move to Tyneside.
The Toon have tabled a €10 million offer for the prolific forward, who still favours a move to Spain and Valencia.
Newcastle's offer is so far the biggest on the table for the Lorient board, but those close to Gameiro say he has no interest in moving to England.
The striker is also wanted by Lyon and PSG, but has his heart set on moving to Valencia this summer.
