Newcastle United have identified a replacement for Kieran Trippier.

The fullback is a target for Bayern Munich this weekend.

The Mirror says Josh Scally from Borussia Mönchengladbach is in Newcastle's sights.

The 21-year-old American is one of several candidates who have been identified by Newcastle as a possible Trippier replacement.

The eight-time USA international has with the Foals this season been an ever-present. Scally has a contract to 2027.
