Newcastle United defender Curtis Good is delighted with his loan move to Dundee United.

Good spent time on loan at Bradford City last season and helped them get to the League Cup final against Swansea City.

He said: "It's always good to go out on loan.

"When I first came to Newcastle it was tough. But getting first-team experience is a big help for any player.

"The manager gets to know about how well you're doing.

"So it works for everybody."
