Newcastle boss Pardew: We will beat QPR

Newcastle United boss Alan Pardew expects nothing less than three points against QPR.

After home wins over Manchester United and Blackburn, he insists it is vital to keep their momentum going without Africa Cup of Nations absentees Demba Ba and Cheick Tiote.

Aware of it being Mark Hughes' first game as QPR boss, Pardew said: "Mark isn't expected to win and that makes it more dangerous. So, I'm on my guard tactically for what he will do. But I do expect us to win."
