Newcastle United head coach Eddie Howe is not interested in replacing Gareth Southgate and becoming an international boss.
With the England manager's future up in the air ahead of Euro 2024, Howe was asked if he wanted the job.
Even though he has previously admitted to his desire to coach England, Howe believes he is at the best possible place for the next few years.
Per The Telegraph, he has ruled himself out of the running, even if the job opens up in the summer of 2024.
The English FA would likely prefer to continue with Southgate, provided the team performs as expected at the Euros.
Despite not winning a trophy, Southgate has revitalized the national team and ensured they are competitive in every tournament.
