Newcastle United manager Rafael Benitez doesn't accept that his tactics were to blame for a home defeat to Chelsea.
The Blues won on Sunday 2-1 with a late goal, and after the game the both TV pundits and fans criticised the Spaniard for what they thought were overly defensive tactics.
"I like to play with five strikers if I can," Benitez responded day after the match.
"Again, I will say, in all my life, we have had teams organised playing attacking football because attacking football means scoring more goals than the others and we used to score a lot of goals.
"When a team is organised, it seems that it is defensive.
"I like to be organised because we are strong and in the big picture, we are better.
"Now again I will say, I was watching yesterday teams playing 5-4-1, 4-5-1 and it seems that they are great tacticians and they are fantastic because someone on the TV has an opinion.
"But I was watching the game analysing the stats and I don't agree with some of these comments.
"As a manager, you have to make decisions; as a pundit, you have to give opinions.
"That's it."
