Newcastle United midfielder Sean Longstaff has avoided serious injury.
There had been concerns Longstaff's season was over with a suspected metatarsal injury.
However, the Daily Mail says the 25-year-old has not broken a bone after visiting a specialist on Tuesday. There is now an outside chance of Longstaff making the weekend clash with Leeds.
After missing defeat to Arsenal, Toon manager Eddie Howe said: "We thought it was a standard injury, but now there may be a chance of something more serious than that. We're in the dark at the moment."
But there's now an expectation he'll make the remaining games of the season.
