Newcastle United are determined not to lose Yohan Cabaye in January.

Cabaye's eagerness to move last August, after a £10million bid from Arsenal, has raised fears that the Magpies' current good form could be disrupted by another transfer saga in the New Year.

Unless a massive fresh bid of more than double Arsenal's effort is received early in the window, both Cabaye and the club accept his future will be up in the air come July, says the Mirror.
