AS Roma are monitoring Carlos Tevez's situation at Manchester City.
The new owners at Roma are keen to find an iconic signing going into 2012 and see El Apache as the ideal arrival.
Rome sources say the Giallorossi would like to set up a loan deal to June for Tevez.
But City have insisted only today that they won't consider releasing Tevez for anything but market rate.
