The Reds, who were reduced to ten men in injury time, forced their fifth draw in their past six outings whilst the Revs ended a four-match losing streak with the home stalemate.

Both sides had a number of attempts on target but were unable to beat their opposing keepers – Matt Reis (New England) and Stefan Frei (Toronto) – as the Revs remained second bottom in the East with Toronto moving to sixth.
