Nemanja Vidic believes his two former clubs Manchester United and Inter Milan are favourites for this season's Europa League.

Inter have dropped into the competition after their Champions League group failure.

Vidic told TMW: "They are very important clubs for the competition, they certainly have a chance to win.

"Manchester is renewing itself, it has many young players, while Inter seems to me to have a more balanced mix.

"When Italian clubs arrive at the final stage, they know what to do. We'll see."
