Another Chelsea youngster is on his way to the Eredivisie.

Omroep Gelderland says Chelsea fullback Todd Kane is set to join NEC Nijmegen on a season-long loan.

Kane, 21, has had four previous loan spells with Football League clubs: Preston North End, Blackburn Rovers, Bristol City and Nottingham Forest.

The right-back recently signed a new, three-year deal with Chelsea.

NEC are today putting the finishing touches on a 12-month loan for the youngster.
