Arsenal midfielder Samir Nasri says his next goal is to cement a spot in the French national team.

The 21-year old has enjoyed a solid start to his career at Arsenal but is also looking at becoming a regular in Raymond Domenech's starting line-up.

"Today I am a happy man," he told L'Equipe.

"I am playing my football at a great club, I am considered a starter and am called up every time.

"I will break into the [France] starting line-up thanks to my performances."
