Napoli president Aurelio de Laurentiis feels Inter Milan continue to struggle in the shadow of Jose Mourinho.
The Real Madrid coach left Inter 18 months ago, but the Nerazzurri continue to struggle with their coaching appointments.
"There are so many good coaches in our country. Look at Allegri. From Cagliari to the Scudetto with AC Milan - supported by the club," said De Laurentiis.
"Inter have instead decided to stop after just three league games their relationship with Gasperini.
"The problem is this, Mourinho had a very strong personality, disruptive, and had won everything. Repeating that would be difficult for anyone, perhaps only someone like (Manchester United manager Sir Alex) Ferguson would have had no problems."
