Napoli president Aurelio de Laurentiis admits there is a buyout clause in Maurizio Sarri's contract.
The Italian coach has been linked with a move to the Premier League, where Chelsea and Arsenal have been mentioned as suitors. PSG are also watching developments.
And De Laurentiis told RMC Sport: "It's our own business in which the media should not get involved. You have to understand how much your traveling companions like to take risks, and Sarri is someone who has taken risks all his life. He has managed to become what he is today with honesty and professionalism.
"He could not play, but he studied a lot, and in the end, he became a kind of genius. I hope we can do it all again. There has always been a long contract with Sarri and a release clause.
"If someone wants to take care of the clause problem, it would be legally valid and we will back down. In 14 years, I showed that I could make great progress with a club that practically did not exist when I arrived."
