Celta Vigo star Gabri Veiga is “dreaming about joining Arsenal" ahead of the summer transfer window.

A host of other Premier League teams, such as Manchester United, Manchester City and Newcastle, are all interested in Veiga.

Faro de Vigo reports Napoli are “willing to activate" the playmaker's £35.2million release clause at the end of the campaign.

But the Spain Under-21 international, who has exploded onto the scene this season, has no desire to move to Italy - and instead he wants to “fulfil the dream of signing for Arsenal".

The Gunners are stated to be the 20-year-old's “favourite" team. Both Veiga and his agents appreciate Arsenal's commitment towards youth and the sporting project being led by manager Mikel Arteta.
