Napoli defender Kalidou Koulibaly has dismissed criticism around coach Rino Gattuso.

Gattuso hit out at sack reports after their Coppa Italia win against Spezia.

Koulibaly said, “The coach is always helping us.

“He always thinks about us footballers and the staff. That's his strength, he trusts each one of us. Now he wants to see the results and we must give everything.

“I think he has no doubts about the unity of the group. We must prove we are a top team that can fight with the best clubs."
