Napoli defender Kim Min-jae says coach Luciano Spalletti is the key driver of the team.

Kim was speaking ahead of their Champions League quarterfinal first-leg against AC Milan.

Kim said, "Spalletti? First of all, I think his strategic approach obviously has an influence, but the factor is his passion is decisive.

"From this point of view, I have never seen a coach like Spalletti. His passion easily surpasses that of any other player.

"He has a great desire to win matches. The team is very aggressive, he is not afraid of nothing, I think the influence of the coach is decisive in this sense."
