Napoli are in advanced talks for Genoa striker Leonardo Pavoletti.

Tuttosport says the outline of a deal is already on the table ahead of the January market.

Once Pavoletti recovers from injury and proves his fitness, the deal is expected to go through.

Genoa president Enzo Preziosi has agreed to the sale after ironing out details with Napoli counterpart Aurelio de Laurentiis.

Napoli chief Cristian Guintoli also is working on personal terms with Pavoletti's camp.
