Sunderland are finalising a deal for on-loan Inter Milan midfielder Sulley Muntari.
The People says he has settled well on Wearside thanks to fellow Ghanaians Asamoah Gyan and John Mensah and is happy to remain in England.
Muntari, 26, has been keen to get away from Inter after growing increasingly frustrated by life on the San Siro bench. Mensah, who is enjoying a second season on loan at the Stadium of Light from Lyon, is also expected to land a permanent offer from Sunderland in the summer.
