Everton boss David Moyes is pouring his resources into finding a new centre-forward.
Everton has been linked with Swansea City fullback Neil Taylor, who is in talks with Newcastle United.
The Liverpool Echo says Moyes' over-riding priority remains a new centre forward, and he would rather use any funds at his disposal to put together a financial package capable of attracting a top-class striker.
