The pair clashed on the field last week.
"It just shows the passion of us as players and what we want to do for this club," the defender told the South London Press.
"It was just a disagreement over something he was saying. I disagreed, he disagreed. It was done, finished with, in a matter of seconds.
"The paper talk was all rubbish. We moved on instantly but then unfortunately we conceded twice at the start of the second half and that added to the fire that it might have affected us.
"Because we have lost eight out of nine games people are jumping on one little incident between me and Cham. There was nothing in it."
