Real Madrid coach Jose Mourinho wants his players to focus on their jobs.

Xabi Alonso and Iker Casillas publicly supported Mourinho last week.

But the coach says: "More than with the words I'll stick with what we are doing. I am bothered that they do their job on the on the field the best that they can, that they die to win and have the same mentality as I do, that is to play and give everything until the last minute."
