Morgan again on Inverness Caley transfer-list

The midfielder turned down a short term contract offered by St Johnstone in the hope of a longer deal:

"I owe a lot to Craig Brewster and accept his decision to allow me to leave. The offer from St Johnstone was appreciated but it was only for a month and I would like something more permanent."

St. Johnstone announced to the press that Morgan had opted to join Kilmarnock instead but Killie manager Jim Jefferies insists he has not even held talks with him.

The former Blackburn Rovers, Darlington and Cheltenham player sees his future in Scotland rather than England.

"Hopefully, when the transfer window opens in January there will be options for me. I would consider going back to England but I would imagine it is more likely that my future will be in Scottish football."
