Sunderland defender Marcos Angeleri has suffered another setback.

Angeleri has been ruled out for the rest of the year after undergoing knee surgery for the second time since last season.

The Argentine full-back's Sunderland career already looked over, but it will hinder their chances of selling Angeleri in the next transfer window.
