Inter Milan must be prepared to miss out on Champions League football next season, admits president Massimo Moratti.

Moratti admits it could work in their favour as he plans a complete overhaul of the squad.

"It could be, but I don't know what to hope for. It is almost impossible to qualify for next season's Champions League, but we hope we can do it as it would be a demonstration of character."
