Montreal Impact are interested in Atletico Madrid striker Fernando Torres.
Marca says one week on from Chicago Fire's interest in taking Fernando Torres to Major League Soccer being made public, Montreal Impact have now shown an interest.
The Quebec based club's interest has been led by sporting director Nick De Santis, who has been in Spain since Friday trying to convince the striker.
The Seattle Sounders have also been linked with the Spaniard, who would be their third 'franchise player', meaning he would be exempt from the league's wage cap with three of such players allowed per team.
