Monaco have put in their opening bid for Fulham defender Tosin Adarabioyo this week.
Per L'Equipe, the Ligue 1 club have pushed forward with a bid of just £4.3 million.
Whether Fulham accept such a sum for the 25-year-old is unclear at the present moment.
While Adarabioyo is not first choice, he does have a contract that is set to run until 2025.
The Londoners are not under any pressure to sell, even after securing a deal to sign Ajax defender Calvin Bassey.
If Adarabioyo does leave, Fulham may reignite their interest in Mohammed Salisu of Southampton.
